Birdie, Ruthie and Lawrence Hunter

On Christmas Eve, 1918, Bertha (Birdie) Leier married a sailor from Massachusetts named Lawrence Hunter. Their daughter Ruth was born in May of 1919. This photo was probably taken around 1920. Bertha and Lawrence eventually divorced.
