Elisha Snow Crowell's Death Records
Elisha Snow Crowell, the son of James Lane Crowell and Mabel Lillian Meade, born July 27, 1907 in Brooklyn, New York. When he was 16 years old, he married 18-year-old Marie Nowasky in Brooklyn, unbeknownst to his parents. When they found out, they had the marriage annulled. Elisha eventually found his way to California where he married another Marie, this one Marie Magdalena Schaffer, a native of Mexico.
